We are the team behind 4UGEAR. The company was founded in Dongguan in 2012, while our industry experience started earlier than the company registration itself. Today we stay focused on custom headwear and related brand programs instead of retail order taking.
Our path has been steady: early exhibition participation, international market expansion, factory building, system upgrades, and a broader global layout. Those milestones matter because they explain how we work now. We do not treat development, sampling, production, and export communication as separate jobs.

How we describe our role
